Badges and what they prove
Two badges ship with Plinky Plonky: First Jackpot for hitting the jackpot, and First Rebirth for ending a run at the FINAL CHANCE. Both award on the action, with no luck check.
Official badge icons, straight from the game's badge list: First Jackpot and First Rebirth.
Plinky Plonky ships two badges, and between them they describe the game perfectly: one for hitting the jackpot, one for losing the FINAL CHANCE. Both are awarded on the action rather than on a roll, which is why their award counts are a useful read on how many players are actually playing runs.
The two badges
| Badge | Official description | Awarded so far | Awarded in the last day |
|---|---|---|---|
| First Jackpot | your luck finally turned around... maybe your rich now | 119,021 | 42,931 |
| First Rebirth | you lost the final chance (but now you are better) | 34,947 | 15,279 |
What the numbers say
- Roughly one in three and a half jackpot earners has rebirthed. First Jackpot sits at 119,021 awards against 34,947 for First Rebirth. Hitting the jackpot is the earlier, more common milestone; ending a run and banking the points is the one players reach later.
- Around 43,000 players earned First Jackpot in a single day. That is the clearest signal that the game is being actively played in volume, and it lines up with the concurrent player count on the listing.
- Both badges award every time the action happens. Roblox reports a 100% award rate for both, which simply means they are granted when you do the thing, not rolled for.
Why First Rebirth is the better badge
The second badge's own description is a joke about the game's risk model: you lost the final chance, but you came out better. That is the actual lesson of the game - a run that ends in a miss still pays Rebirth Points, and those points are the only thing that survives the run. The rebirth page covers what those points buy.
Chasing them in order
- First Jackpot comes from a drop, not from a grind. Luck, not coins, is what puts a ball in the middle slot; the balls page explains what feeds luck.
- First Rebirth comes from finishing. You do not need to win a run to earn it - you need to reach the FINAL CHANCE and let the run resolve. The collections page covers what the jackpot at that stage unlocks.
- Neither requires Robux. Both are earned by playing, and the published
RELEASEcode gives the coins you need to start buying upgrades.
